With a strong background in cybersecurity and risk management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect our organization from cyber threats. You will lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, and collaborate with our IT teams to ensure the effective implementation of security controls and measures.
- You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of cybersecurity professionals and contribute to the development of our security-first culture.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our customers' data, as well as protecting our organization from cyber threats.
- You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our Board of Directors, senior management, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SOC 2 compliance and cybersecurity operations.
- ISO 27001/27002 certification.
- Experience managing cybersecurity programs in global markets (India, US, Middle East).
- In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations, data protection, and global privacy laws.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
