Data Engineering Leadership Opportunity

This is a high-profile leadership role in data engineering, focusing on delivering scalable and secure data solutions. As a Fabric Lead, you will oversee the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services.

The ideal candidate should have 9-12 years of experience, with at least 5 years' experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and 1 year in MS Fabric projects. A strong understanding of solution architecture, team leadership, stakeholder management, innovation, data strategy, governance, and performance optimization is essential.

  • Design and implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies leveraging Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics.
  • Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric.
  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.
