Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at DigiLantern. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product's configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Define reporting and alerting requirements to meet business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners to optimize integration
- Collaborate with the product team to design, document, and maintain system processes
- Identify and report common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to improve monitoring and customer value delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
- A degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing software applications
- Ability to analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions and utilize data visualization techniques and tools
- Solid experience in writing SQL queries
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
