NVH Expert

About this Role:

This is a leadership position that requires a deep understanding of vehicle NVH development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing and resolving complex NVH issues, as well as applying advanced analysis tools to improve vehicle refinement.

• Lead the vehicle NVH development team, overseeing all phases of vehicle-level NVH delivery throughout the development cycle.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance vehicle refinement and customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure smooth implementation of NVH suggestions while balancing constraints related to weight and cost.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Design Engineering from a reputable institution.
• At least 14 years of comprehensive experience in vehicle NVH development.
• Proven expertise in applying vehicle NVH development tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with current and emerging NVH technologies.
• Knowledge of powertrain, driveline, chassis, suspension, sound packaging, and mounting systems.
