HR Generalist

Job Title: HR Generalist

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions at the plant level. Your responsibilities will include employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

• Handling grievances and conducting employee engagement activities
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure a safe and productive work environment
• Managing employee records and documentation

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Employee Relations and Grievance Management
• Skills in Recruitment, Compensation Benefit & Statutory Compliance
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the industrial sector or manufacturing environment is a plus
