We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our project management efforts in the chemicals and materials global practice.

Job Description:

Project Lead

We are looking for a seasoned project manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality projects within our chemicals and materials global practice. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving projects from initiation to closure.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams, are essential for this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering (preferably chemical), or a related field.
  • At least ten years of experience in consulting, preferably in the chemical industry.
  • Proven track record of leading projects from initiation to closure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
