Job Overview

The role of a Senior Data Scientist entails supporting business decision making by deriving actionable insights from structured and unstructured data.

Key responsibilities include conducting end-to-end machine learning and data analytics activities, encompassing data wrangling, feature engineering, building and evaluating ML models. Additionally, the candidate will research and implement novel machine learning approaches to enable informed business decisions.

Collaboration with business and engineering teams is essential for analyzing, extracting, normalizing, and labeling relevant data. The successful candidate will perform data engineering, feature engineering, data preprocessing to train and tune ML models. Furthermore, utilizing BI tools to prepare reports, analyze and visualize data is crucial.

Implementation of MLOps practices such as CI/CD and continuous training (CT) for deploying and maintaining ML models in production environments is also required.

  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics and machine learning.
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
  • Proficiency in writing production-quality code in Python, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Proven experience in analyzing and working with large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with various BI tools.
