The Role

Position: Educational Development Mentor / Academic Enhancement Specialist

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Job Overview: As a mentor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing students' knowledge and expertise in specific subject areas. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh postgraduates who have a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct subject-specific assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Design and deliver personalized training sessions that align with students' learning needs and curriculum requirements.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to provide comprehensive support for student development.
  • Utilize our state-of-the-art VidhyaDhan platform to track and report on student progress.
  • Contribute to research and development projects to continually refine our training methodologies.
