Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Validating Purchase Orders (PO) requests from clients
  2. Managing Order to Cash related to collections and dispute management
  3. Implementing and enforcing strategies to meet collections targets
  4. Communicating with clients to collect feedback and provide support
  5. Participating in conference calls with Country / Regional Financial Managers

You will work closely with the team to ensure right collaboration and meet deliverables. Additionally, you will identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation.

We seek candidates with minimum B.Com graduation (MBA - Finance preferred), meaningful experience in Order to Cash, and strong written and verbal interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel, is also required.
