Job Description:

A performance marketer is responsible for driving results through data-driven approaches. They excel at developing and launching advertising campaigns, managing and optimizing them to achieve high ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic audience targeting plans tailored to the US market.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights based on analytics.
  • Run A/B tests to improve ad performance, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze and manage campaign budgets efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to internal stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, InMail, etc.).
  • Proven experience working with US-based clients and understanding of the US market and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency with Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, attribution models, and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
