Job Title: Interiors Projects Advisor

Our business is seeking a skilled professional to spearhead growth in our interior projects division. This role combines design expertise, client advisory services, and business development.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary advisor to clients on their workspace or interior needs. They will connect and close new business opportunities, cross-sell interiors services to existing clients, and build long-term partnerships with landlords, brokers, and corporate clients.

This role requires strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. The candidate should have a solid understanding of interiors, materials, and fit-out processes.

Key responsibilities include translating client requirements into actionable design briefs, discussing layouts, materials, finishes, and space optimization ideas, and collaborating with the in-house team to prepare concept boards, BOQs, and cost estimates.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and 4-7 years of experience in interior projects, client advisory, or design-build sales.
