About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced SEO content writer with expertise in gaming or e-commerce. The ideal candidate has a solid grasp of SEO best practices, including hands-on experience with keyword research tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, plan and write optimized long-form articles, guides and blog posts on gaming-related topics.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including keyword placement, meta titles and descriptions, internal linking and headings optimization.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithms and SEO trends to adapt strategies.
  • Create culturally inclusive and localized content that resonates with international customers.

Gaming & E-Commerce Industry Focused Writing:

  • Produce engaging content on game reviews, industry trends and tips & tricks.
  • Adapt content style to appeal to various gamer demographics and platforms.
  • Write compelling product descriptions and category pages highlighting features, benefits and unique selling points.

Content Variety & Additional Opportunities:

  • Social Media Content: Create posts, captions and short-form content for gaming communities.
  • Email Marketing: Craft newsletters and promotional campaigns.
  • Video Scripts: Write engaging scripts for YouTube or streaming platforms.
  • Ad Copywriting: Prepare ad creatives and promotional blurbs.
  • Interactive Content: Work with design teams on quizzes, polls and game-based interactive content.
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Required Skills:
