Project Manager Role

Are you a skilled project manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering program-wide insights to support executive conversations and decisions.

This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, India. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with a global team of professionals who are passionate about innovation, inclusion, and impact.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Tracking execution of Integrated PMO activities by monitoring key metrics and summarizing insights into executive-level readouts on regular cadence
  • Creating updates to metrics dashboards within centralized project management tools
  • Logging and monitoring risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating as needed

You will also support the preparation and facilitation of integrated planning workshops and updates to the GBS integrated plan. Additionally, you will prepare reporting packages for leadership meetings, such as company platform and segment updates.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in project management, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience working in a hybrid environment. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Experience collecting and tracking risks, issues, and performance metrics
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Planview, Jira, Smartsheets)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
