About Us

We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Architect to lead the development of high-performance blockchain applications on Solana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop: High-quality software systems, smart contracts, and on-chain programs using Rust language.
  • Code Quality: Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Code Reviews: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Led Technical Discussions: Lead technical discussions, provide mentorship, and set the roadmap for blockchain projects.
  • Documentation: Document technical designs, APIs, and user guides in a clear manner.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug issues across on-chain and off-chain components.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Rust Experience: Proficient in Rust language with 3+ years of experience in Rust development and 2+ years of experience in Solana blockchain.
  • Leadership: Ability to guide the development team in writing performant and optimized code.
  • Full-Stack Development: Hands-on experience building full-stack Solana Web3 applications from smart contracts to frontend dApps.
  • Smart Contract Development: Proficiency in writing, testing, and deploying Solana smart contracts.
  • Token Standards: Strong understanding of various Token Standards.
  • DeFi Protocols: Experience with DeFi protocols such as DEX aggregators, AMMs, order books, and liquidity management.
  • R&D Skills: R&D skills with the ability to prototype quickly and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex blockchain concepts.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Tech/M.Tech, CS/IT or related field.
  • Experience: 2+yrs of relevant exp. with Solana blockchain.
  • Skills: Excellent Communication skills.
