Job Title:
Education Sector Recruitment SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Education Sector Recruitment Specialist to fill this key role. In this position, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts in the education sector by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategic plans and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
