At MNR Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Lead to oversee our security operations and protect our organization from potential cyber threats. In this key role, you will lead our Security Operations Center (SOC) team to ensure 24/7 monitoring and management of security incidents. You will also implement and manage security tools, systems, and protocols for effective threat detection.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating and leading the response to security incidents, ensuring timely containment, eradication, and recovery. You will investigate security breaches, providing detailed incident reports, and recommending improvements to prevent recurrence.

You will also continuously assess and manage security threats, identifying vulnerabilities in systems and networks. You will implement vulnerability remediation plans and ensure all systems are updated with the latest security patches. Your expertise will be crucial in performing regular security risk assessments and working with other departments to mitigate identified risks.

In addition, you will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and maintain security policies. You will conduct security awareness training for employees to ensure adherence to security best practices.

As a Cybersecurity Lead, you will prepare detailed security reports for senior management, providing insights into security incidents, threat trends, and vulnerabilities. You will also develop key metrics to monitor and report on the effectiveness of the security operations.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent leadership and collaboration skills, working closely with IT and business teams to ensure security is integrated into all business processes.
