Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate

The Role:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality of our services by reviewing and processing documents with accuracy and compliance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee quality compliances and processing precision for daily operations.
  • Perform regular audits on tickets assigned via email, Salesforce, Jit Bit, RAGIC, and other data sources, at a set frequency as defined by the business.
  • Conduct random sample checks on communication sent/received to/from Trustees.
  • Accurately review and interpret legal documents, particularly court motions/orders, affidavits, PACER reports, and legal heirship documents.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for the audits performed on the set frequency and present findings to supervisor and business with relevant analytics & inferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Law/BBA or commerce).
  • 2-4 years of experience in a US-based multinational corporation.
  • Project management experience or certifications are highly desirable.
  • ISO 9001 certification is preferable.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Outlook.
  • Experience in quality audits of legal documents/email communications.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities, with an eye for detail to identify errors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to derive insights from information provided.
