We're seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Consumer Engagement to lead our customer marketing efforts. As a key member of our Marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing customer marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
You'll work closely with our Commercial Planning & Activation team to develop and execute customer marketing initiatives that meet business objectives. You'll also lead quarterly/annual planning in coordination with our Marketing/HO Customer Marketing/Sales team.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop and drive distribution/visibility/activation plans channel-wise across clusters. You'll manage customer marketing budget for the portfolio and deliver NSV and market share ambition for the brands handled.
