Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking a Senior HR Manager - Offboarding and Payroll to join its HR Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for employees leaving the organization, as well as managing payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement processes to streamline the offboarding process, ensuring a compliant and efficient transition for employees.
Collaborate with IT, Admin, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective offboarding, including system deactivation, asset recovery, and full and final settlements.
Manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll inputs, including attendance, earnings, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll-related activities.
Partner with HRIT team to ensure all employee data is accurately captured and maintained.
Work closely with the Payroll workstream and HRBP teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure payroll accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required. An MBA or professional HR certification is preferred.
