Chief Budgeting Officer

We are seeking an experienced Budgeting Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing budget planning, financial forecasting, and ensuring the company's financial health.
- Evaluate tenders received from design teams for civil, finishing, MEP & infra packages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess tender requirements and finalize project budgets.
- Develop and implement cost monitoring strategies to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Assess cost variance and recommend corrective actions to minimize losses.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and analyze financial data to inform budget decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement financial plans.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide financial insights to inform business strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting or finance.
- Proven track record of successful budget planning and financial management.
