Job Overview

Our teams collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and create innovative technical solutions that meet these requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong partnerships with HR teams and be well-versed in Agile, Scrum, DevOps methodologies.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with HR to drive business growth and adoption of new technology.
  • Design and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements, utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Help finance business users adopt best practices and improve their technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
  • Manage test scripts and lead technical acceptance testing of patches and upgrades.

Candidate must be ready to work from the office daily and adapt to shifting priorities as needed.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree. Preferred education: Master's Degree.

Required Technical Expertise:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Applications, with a focus on cloud fusion and 12.2.9 implementations.
  • Excellent project implementation experience in cloud fusion and 12.2.9, with a minimum of 2-3 successful projects.
  • Overall 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle R12 12.2.9 and fusion release 13, with a focus on P2P modules like iProc, PO, AP, FA, ebiz Tax India localization, GL.
  • Oracle R12 12.2.9 and cloud Applications experience is required.
  • Subledger Accounting (SLA) knowledge is an added advantage.

Preferred Technical Experience:

  • Oracle PL/SQL.
  • DBA.
