Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative brand solutions, integrating creative concepts with marketing strategies.
  • Design and implement comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
  • Work on a diverse range of design projects: digital ads, social media creatives, website graphics, packaging, and merchandise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
  • Transform complex ideas into simple, elegant, and impactful visuals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • 1–3 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, layout, and digital graphics.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Motion graphics, video editing, or animation experience.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
  • Photography/illustration skills.
