Civil WTP/OHSR Incharge

The following are the essential job requirements for this role:

1. Previous work experience in water supply projects, including construction of water treatment plants, pumphouses, OHSRs, and other related civil works under construction of civil structures.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in civil construction works of water treatment plants, pump houses, and OHSRs.
3. Expertise in estimation and knowledge of relevant IS codes, with expertise-level understanding of drawings and BoQ estimations for civil works.
4. Keen eye for details related to project quality standards and safety standards for construction activities.
5. Experience in liaisoning works is preferred.
6. Good resource management skills, dealing with stakeholders, and client management.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Execution of works as per the specifications of the project quality manual and plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the construction and maintenance of water treatment plants, pump houses, and OHSRs.
• Ensuring compliance with project quality standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinating with stakeholders and clients to achieve project objectives.
• Managing resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects.
