Visual Content Creator for Scientific Research

We are seeking a skilled Scientific Graphic Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in scientific knowledge and creative design skills, enabling them to produce high-quality visual materials that effectively communicate complex research findings.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop visually engaging graphical abstracts, journal cover images, infographics, posters, and other visual aids that accurately represent the essence of scientific studies. This requires close collaboration with researchers, writers, and clients to ensure alignment with their objectives.
- Designing high-quality graphical abstracts that capture the essence of scientific research
- Reading and comprehending complex scientific manuscripts to identify key visual elements and concepts
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual narratives
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Graduate or PhD degree in STEM fields (Biology, Biotechnology, Medicine, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering)
- 3-5 years of experience in scientific graphic designing and communicating science through visually engaging output
- Advanced skills in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
