Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evangelizing KCS methodology and maintaining the knowledge base for a growing team of 1000+ global support members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide KCS coaching to colleagues, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments.
  • Create, edit, and publish knowledge articles, ensuring they remain up-to-date, valid, and relevant.
  • Analyze and act on feedback for continuous improvement of the knowledge base, performing quality audits and calibration exercises.
  • Own and delegate knowledge management projects, supporting launches and collaborating with project teams.
Qualifications:
  • KCS (Knowledge Centered Service) v6 Practices certified.
  • Proficient in Learning Management Systems, Knowledge Base software, CRMs, and authoring tools.
  • Skilled in creating training materials and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional writing and coaching abilities, with a strong understanding of SEO strategies.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrates agility in adjusting to new projects and processes, working autonomously.
  • Capable of managing and executing projects independently, adhering to established knowledge management processes.
