Voice Process Specialist

We are seeking goal-oriented and customer-centric professionals to join our team as Voice Process Customer Service Representatives. This role involves making outbound calls to US-based insurance companies, patients, or the helpdesk as per process requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to promote products/services or gather required information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and conversion goals.
- Handle objections professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to improve call quality and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and US calling regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–4 years of experience in outbound calling, preferably with US clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call centre software.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of US culture and customer behaviour.
About this role: You will be working in a dynamic team environment using your excellent communication skills to engage customers and achieve sales and conversion targets.
Working Hours: Night Shift (Work from Office) available.
