Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the management and development of staff accountants and related workflows.
  2. Interact with partners, CFOs, and CEOs of client firms/companies to manage all accounting operations.
  3. Work with senior management to step into managing client files directly and take on end-client relationships.
  4. Experience with general ledger functions, month-end/year-end close process, and preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
  5. Prepare and publish timely quarterly and annual MD&As, working papers, and regulatory reporting.
  6. Liaise with external tax advisors and manage audit/review processes with external auditors.
  7. Perform other accounting, client-related, and administrative tasks as needed.

About the Company:
We are an MNC Group seeking a highly skilled Manager - Financial Accounting and Tax Operations to join our team.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience.
  2. Experience in working with IFRS.
  3. Proven experience as a manager or similar position.
  4. Strong experience with preparing and reviewing financial statements.
  5. Experience working in the industry/finance department.
  6. Experience with working with public companies and public company reporting requirements.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with various accounting software administration.
  2. Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Experience with MS Office Suite, especially with Excel.
