We are seeking an expert in natural language processing to support our AI training initiatives and content creation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create or edit linguistically rich content for NLP pipelines, including grammar guides, syntactic analyses, and usage explanations.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to ambiguity, bias, and grammaticality in language models.
  • Perform quality assurance on model outputs for fluency, tone, factual accuracy, and language appropriateness.
  • Annotate linguistic datasets with syntactic, semantic, or pragmatic labels to improve model performance.
  • Support internal teams by conducting linguistic research and summarizing findings to inform product development.
  • Evaluate model behavior, error patterns, and generalization issues using linguistic knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of linguistic theory and language structure, with a strong academic background in linguistics.
  • Experience with computational linguistics, corpus analysis, language data annotation, or large language model (LLM) training is highly desirable.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise language.
