Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Design Engineer to join our team and lead the development of high-speed communication protocol-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional collaboration skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing high-speed communication protocol-based solutions using industry-standard processes
  • Designing IPs for high-speed protocols such as Ethernet, PON, and OTN
  • Implementing RTL design, coding, and guiding the design flow through industry-standard processes
  • Creating test bench architecture and plans for functional verification of the IPs
  • Executing the FPGA design flow, setting timing constraints, and fixing timing issues
  • Integrating existing IPs into the overall system design to develop solutions and validate them on hardware kits
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing high-speed communication protocol-based solutions
  • Excellent understanding of industry-standard processes for RTL design and coding
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to create test bench architecture and plans for functional verification of the IPs
  • Experience with FPGA design flow, timing constraints, and issue resolution
  • Ability to integrate existing IPs into the overall system design
