Project Management Expert Required

We are seeking an experienced Project Management expert to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of projects within our global Tech Ops PMO team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of project management principles and practices to ensure effective project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to create detailed project scope plans and documentation.
  • Lead or facilitate planning sessions to build consensus on task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies across projects.
  • Develop, communicate, and maintain comprehensive project plans to meet project goals.
  • Prepare regular project reports for status meetings as required.
  • Identify, track, and monitor project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies during implementation.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks by monitoring workflows and deadlines.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, such as vendors, associates, and contractors.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through efficient handling of questions, concerns, feedback, and other interactions.
  • Work towards delivering project plans that meet SLAs and KPI expectations regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in project management is necessary.
  • Education or certification in project management is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in web-based project management software, such as MS Project or Jira.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Experience in the talent management industry is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrable evidence of effective collaboration, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
