Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing accurate information regarding services, procedures, and requirements.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Escalating complex queries to the appropriate internal departments.
- Maintaining detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Assisting clients in completing required forms and documentation.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
