Senior Pan Asian Cuisine Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Pan Asian Cuisine Specialist to join our esteemed culinary team. This role demands expertise in preparing and cooking authentic Pan Asian dishes with a focus on quality, taste, and presentation for high-end events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Excellence: Develop and execute menus showcasing diverse Pan Asian flavors (Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, etc.) that meet premium standards.
  • Kitchen Leadership: Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining mise en place during events.
  • Team Development: Mentor and support junior staff to guarantee seamless service delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and compliance standards while upholding the highest quality expectations.
  • Menu Innovation: Collaborate in menu planning and development of unique Pan Asian offerings.

Requirements:

5-7 years' experience in professional kitchens with 2-3 years in Pan Asian cuisine.

Essential Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of wok cooking, stir-fry, grilling, steaming, and complex Asian flavors.
  • Ability to work under pressure during high-volume catering events.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Culinary degree or diploma preferred.
