Payroll Specialist

This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of payroll systems and processes, specifically those related to Oracle Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for payroll system users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing and system functionality.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of payroll data within the system.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and Finance teams to streamline workflows and enhance system functionalities.
  • Develop and update user manuals, system documentation, and process guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7-12 years of experience in payroll system support, specifically with Oracle Payroll systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
