Content Strategy Lead

About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Content Strategist & Team Leader to oversee our content team and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of insurance-focused content.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the content team to ensure seamless workflow and alignment with client objectives.
  • Edit, refine, and review all insurance-related blogs to maintain exceptional editorial standards.
  • Ensure content is accurate, compliant, well-structured, and aligned with the client's tone and insurance-specific guidelines.
  • Monitor team productivity, set clear deadlines, and guarantee timely delivery of insurance-focused content.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers to enhance the overall quality of writing in insurance topics.
  • Act as the point of contact for client deliverables and internal coordination.
  • Handle last-minute requirements and facilitate the team's adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Content Editor / Senior Content Writer / Team Lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail, particularly in insurance-related content.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Thorough understanding of insurance blogs, SEO fundamentals, and content structuring.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
