DevOps Team Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Team Lead to oversee the deployment, scaling, and maintenance of PHP applications in production. As a key member of our team, you will lead and mentor a group of DevOps engineers ensuring smooth CI/CD processes.

  • This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned DevOps professional to drive best practices in monitoring, security, and disaster recovery.
  • You will work closely with development teams to optimize code releases and environment stability.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP development environments, hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, containers, and automation, and strong Linux administration and scripting skills.

About the Role:

This role offers a chance to lead a high-performing DevOps team and ensure the efficient operation of our infrastructure.

You will be responsible for implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) and automating routine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.
  • Oversee deployment, scaling, and maintenance of PHP applications.
  • Implement IaC and automate routine operations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize code releases.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of DevOps experience with at least 1 year in a team lead role.
  • Strong expertise in PHP development environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, containers, and automation.
  • Strong Linux administration and scripting skills.
