About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Learning and Development professionals to support our digital learning initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including designing and delivering learning experiences, collaborating with global stakeholders, and building scalable templates and processes.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and deliver high-quality learning experiences and training events that meet measurable outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with global stakeholders and subject matter experts across time zones and languages.
  3. Develop and implement scalable templates, toolkits, and processes that improve content, technology, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in an enterprise or consulting environment.
  2. A strong portfolio or case studies showcasing your expertise in instructional design, project management, and e-learning development.
  3. Proven ability to work remotely, communicate effectively, and deliver high-quality results on time.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Instructional Designers:
    • Course design, accessibility, and localization.
  • Project Managers:
    • Multi-workstream planning, stakeholder communication, budgets, and risks.
  • eLearning Developers - Articulate Storyline:
    • SCORM/xAPI, templates, interactions.
  • HTML5 Learning Developers:
    • Responsive UI, JavaScript/CSS, LMS compatibility, WCAG 2.1.
  • Learning Technologists:
    • AR/VR, serious games, hybrid classrooms.
  • Data & Evaluation Analysts:
    • Power BI, Tableau, Excel/SQL, SurveyMonkey, NVivo.
Preferred Skills
  • Multilingual delivery (English + French/German).
  • Regulated sectors.
  • Large-scale rollouts.
