Job Title: Credit Auditor

Overview:

  • Conduct thorough credit reviews and analyses of Wholesale Banking segment and SMEs, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in business credit audits, guiding a team of auditors with expertise in Wholesale Banking and SMEs.
  • Ensure timely commencement and closure of audits, documenting working papers and preparing comprehensive audit reports within stipulated deadlines.
  • Submit accurate data and reports to relevant authorities, adhering to regulatory guidelines and timeframes.
  • Maintain the quality of audit reports, focusing on policies, procedures, controls, revenue assurance, and risk management.
  • Carry out assignments such as process reviews, thematic audits, checklists, and special audits to ensure robustness and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with concurrent auditors for effective monitoring and ensure high-quality concurrent audit reports.
  • Examine developments in credit-related areas to provide assurance on regulatory compliance and control effectiveness.
  • Develop audit checklists for internal/concurrent auditors and test processes/procedures to identify potential pitfalls and bottlenecks.
  • Provide suggestions for enhancing existing processes/systems to line management, promoting continuous improvement.
