We are seeking an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to spearhead our human resources function and drive strategic initiatives in the automotive sector. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that drive business results and enhance organizational performance.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning to ensure a high-performing workforce.
  • Drive initiatives to foster a culture of innovation, diversity, and inclusion, promoting a positive work environment and employees' growth.
  • Manage organizational change and lead workforce transformation efforts, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and maintaining a strong employer brand.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to address workforce challenges in the automotive sector, leveraging industry expertise to inform HR strategies.
  • Develop training programs to enhance technical and managerial competencies, equipping employees with the skills needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record as a CHRO or senior HR leader in the automotive or manufacturing sector, demonstrating expertise in driving business outcomes through HR initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of HR trends, especially within the automotive industry, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and leadership coaching, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for HR expertise.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring successful partnerships with senior leaders, employees, and external stakeholders.
