Technical Superintendent

Comaea Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Superintendent to join our team in Cyprus. As a key member of our maritime operations team, you will be responsible for managing the technical and operational performance of 3-4 vessels.

• Ensure safe and efficient operations of company vessels, including routine and preventive maintenance.
• Comply with international marine requirements and regulations.
• Manage budgets and resources for multiple vessels.
• Develop and lead shipboard teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including vessel owners, charterers, and regulatory bodies.

• Qualified Marine Engineer with a degree in business or a related discipline.
• Experience as a Chief Engineer on Container vessels or Bulk Carriers.
• 1-4 years of experience as a Technical Superintendent focused on Container vessels or Bulk Carriers.
• Proven technical and managerial skills, with a focus on linking organizational resources to excellent service delivery and operational results.
• Business acumen, with the ability to manage budgetary responsibilities for multiple vessels.
• Highly analytical, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with any stakeholder.
