Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are a dynamic marketing and communications agency seeking a talented graphic designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of digital media, and the ability to bring ideas to life through graphics, videos, and animations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Design & Creative Development:
  • Developing creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for social media platforms.
  • Creating brand collaterals such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Designing creatives and engaging art output for digital, social, and print media (including brand identity, direct mail pieces, brand communication, website, and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing collateral).
Video & Motion Graphics:
  • Creating and editing multimedia content, including videos, motion graphics, 2D animations, and illustrations.
  • Enhancing social media and marketing campaigns with engaging motion elements.
Collaboration & Execution:
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality output.
  • Participating in team meetings to share ideas, present concepts, and review ongoing work.
  • Managing timelines and ensuring deliverables are completed on time with high creative standards.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with an agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD); familiarity with Figma/Canva is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design and motion graphics is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
