Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop applications using the Appian platform according to project requirements.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine application requirements.

- Implement workflow automation solutions to streamline business processes.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Integrate Appian applications with third-party systems and data sources.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian applications and environments.

- Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure application reliability.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications.

Requirements :

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Appian development and a valid Appian Level 2 certification.

- Strong understanding of Appian development, best practices, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.\

- Experience with Agile software development practices and excellent oral and written communication skills.\

- Ability to effectively contribute to the area of screen and workflow designs for moderate-sized projects.\

- Ability to leverage Appian technical documentation and Appian user community to build new prototypes as required.\

- Code, configure, debug, unit test, integration test, and document application enhancements.\

- Support the development of user guides for new projects and enhancements.\
