Key Salesforce Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the administration and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This is a key role within our operations team, requiring strong technical skills and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Lightning) to meet business requirements.
  • Configure Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports/dashboards to support business needs.
  • Manage security settings, including profiles, permission sets, roles, OWDs, sharing rules to ensure data integrity and access control.
  • Oversee data stewardship activities, including imports/exports, deduplication, Data Loader, backups to maintain data quality.
  • Develop and implement a sandbox strategy, manage release/change management using Change Sets/DevOps Center to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers on requirements, UAT, and deployments to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Integrate with upstream/downstream systems, working closely with middleware teams to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in Lightning configuration and Flow automation, with strong data model design, object/field governance, and security model.
  • Reporting/analytics proficiency and user training/support experience to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Working knowledge of SOQL and DevOps practices for Salesforce to drive efficiency and innovation.
