Job OverviewThe AI CoE team at Evernorth is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Architect to design and deploy robust infrastructure solutions within cloud environments, tailored for AI and machine learning workloads. Main Responsibilities- Design and Deploy Cloud Infrastructure Solutions: Architect secure, scalable, and optimized cloud infrastructure solutions that meet the computational needs of AI and machine learning workloads.
- Collaborate with AI Teams: Work closely with AI teams to understand their requirements and translate these into infrastructure needs.
- Monitor and Optimize Cloud Resources: Monitor, manage, and optimize cloud resources to maximize performance and minimize costs.
- Implement CI/CD Pipelines: Design and implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines for AI applications.
- Develop Automation Scripts: Develop automation scripts and infrastructure as code to streamline deployment and management tasks.
- Maintain AI Products: Ensure AI products are properly maintained on production environments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Expertise in Cloud Computing: Strong knowledge of cloud computing delivery models (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) and deployment models related to Public, Private, and Hybrid Cloud services.
- IT Service Management Experience: Prior experience in IT Service Management, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and ITIL.
- Cloud Platform Experience: Experience working with platform and products like Splunk, Dynatrace, OpenShift, Azure, AWS, ServiceNow, and CMDB.
- Programming Skills: Proficient in Linux/UNIX or Windows environments, including scripting and administration. Familiarity with cloud data services and big data processing tools.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
- Relevant Work Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience in solutions design and engineering, with experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
We also look for candidates with:
- Gen AI and Cloud Systems Experience: Exposure to Gen AI and cloud systems like AWS.
- Healthcare Industry Experience: Experience working within the healthcare industry is desirable.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. We expect some overlap with US hours as appropriate. The role is primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH).
