Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development: Apply expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques to solve challenging real-world problems across various domains.
  • Data Engineering & Management: Leverage a strong understanding of data engineering principles to work effectively with large-scale, complex datasets.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide exceptional leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of talented data scientists and engineers.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a demonstrable track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, impactful AI projects.
  • Deep Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of core ML and AI concepts, algorithms, and techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, neural networks, programming proficiency, and ML/AI frameworks.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a proven ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in AI solutions.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
