Job Description:

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving long-term growth and profitability through strategic planning, collaboration, and innovation. You will work closely with functional leaders and teams to implement change, foster a culture of innovation, and streamline processes to identify opportunities for growth.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and leadership. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in driving business-critical initiatives, product launches, and internal process improvements is also required.

You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to project/launch timelines, maintaining complete visibility to company leadership throughout the initiative's lifecycle. Additionally, you will prepare various reports and generate scheduled and ad-hoc MS Office-based reports for internal and/or external consumption, driving transparency and accountability within the organization.
