Job Description

The Category Head – COCO Stores will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of product categories across store format. The role demands strong experience in retail category management, merchandising, and sales strategy to drive business performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Owning and driving category P&L for stores across regions.
  • Defining category assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies in alignment with market trends.
  • Identifying new product opportunities and working with vendors/supply chain for execution.

Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Retail, preferably furniture, lifestyle, or consumer durables.
  • Proven expertise in category management, merchandising, and retail operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing category P&L.
  • Hands-on experience in COCO/large format retail store management is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across store locations.
