Digital Content Associate Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to carry out operational tasks related to content in audiobooks. An associate is expected to listen, identify, and fix issues related to the audio content using software or tools by adhering to standard operating procedures. The associate will utilize a headset to listen to audio for an extended period during work hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and Adhere to Standard Operating Procedure: Familiarize yourself with the established procedures for handling audio content and adhere to them consistently.
  • Analyze and Identify Issues in Audio Content: Use your analytical skills to detect any issues in the audio content, such as errors or inconsistencies.
  • Resolve Issues Using Available Resources: Utilize available resources and tools to resolve any issues you identify in the audio content.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Meet Productivity Targets and Quality Standards: Meet predetermined productivity targets and maintain high-quality standards in your work.
  • Make Judgment-Based Decisions: Make informed decisions based on observations and established procedures.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field is required.
    • Microsoft Office Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications is necessary.
    • Fresher or Experienced Candidate: Both fresher and experienced candidates with up to one year of work experience are eligible to apply.
