Join us in building an AI-CRO (brain of the sales org) to drive actions & results across GTM orgs.
- Develop scalable LLM pipelines using LangGraph and orchestration tools for efficient data consumption.
- Implement RAG architectures for internal and external knowledge bases integration, driving business value through enhanced decision-making.
- Work with knowledge graphs to structure, enrich, and query data efficiently for LLM performance optimization.
- Buil AMA-style agents answering complex domain-specific queries, enhancing customer satisfaction and experience.
- Fine-tune or prompt-engineer LLMs for performance, alignment, and reliability, ensuring seamless integration into production environments.
- Collaborate with MLOps and infra teams to deploy models and pipelines, evaluating model performance and iterating based on feedback and metrics.
Required skills:
- 5+ years applied machine learning experience, preferably with LLMs or NLP;
- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks;
- Solid understanding of RAG pipelines, vector stores, and prompt engineering;
- Experience working with knowledge graphs;
- Familiarity with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Gemini.
