Senior Financial Analyst Leader

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional to lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Stakeholder Engagement & Client Relations:
- Translate complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable, optimized solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes.
- Manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manages team workload and assignments for AMS and Optimization Projects.
- Ensure delivery meets quality standards, is within budget, and provides measurable ROI.
- Contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience is also required. In addition, the candidate should possess skills in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning. They should also have a proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are also essential.
