Job Title: Advance Excel- Enrollment Executive

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in managing employee data and ensuring the smooth operation of various insurance policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to build relationships with clients and insurers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, overseeing group mediclaim and term life policies, coordinating with insurance companies for data updates, and building relationships with stakeholders. They will also prepare management information system reports, assist clients' HR teams, and manage internal enrollment portals.

Key requirements include proficiency in MS Office Suite, familiarity with insurance policy management systems, and excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee data for clients.
  • Oversee group mediclaim, term life, EDLI, and WC policies.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, corrections, and CD reconciliations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurers, client HR teams, and third-party administrators.
  • Prepare MIS reports and data statements for clients and executives.
  • Assist clients' HR teams with data reconciliation and resolution of queries.
  • Effectively manage data on internal enrollment portals.
  • Provide support and resolve client queries through iTrack.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with insurance policy management systems.
